The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is an African-Americancivil rights organization in the United States, formed in 1909.[3] Its mission is “to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and racial discrimination”.[4] Its name, retained in accordance with tradition, uses the once common termcolored people.

The kids who tortured the cat will not beheld responsible. The kids are obviously very disturbed. Two are siblings.
In The Record there is an article about the NAACP And animal rescue leader meeting. How is this an NAACP issue? Depravity is color blind.
At the end of the article the NAACP man warns the animal activist to “choose her words carefully and be mindful of race during her activism.”
