Glen Rock NJ, on Monday January 10th at 4:13 PM , a Glen Rock resident on the 300 block of Dunham Place reported observing an individual, believed to be female, attempting to enter a vehicle in their neighbor’s driveway. The complainant was able to provide a description of the vehicle as a white Mercedes SUV. Responding officers found that no vehicles in the area had been entered, and the subject vehicle fled prior to their arrival. A short time later, Ridgewood Police officers located a vehicle fitting the description, however the vehicle fled when they attempted to stop it. New Jersey’s pursuit restrictions did not allow for them to further attempt to stop the vehicle.
Yes this is the result of the liberal ftards ruining the state.
They want their constituents to be able to rob the surburbs, and flee back to their shit-hole cities, unimpeded knowing our law enforcement personell cannot do their job
these prosecutors should be fired
they are there to enforce the law not enable criminals
I would love to see the police being able to pursue a suspect throughout the entire state and say for example a suspect was trying to flee to say New York because we live in North Jersey or even west to Pennsylvania… The police should be able to pursue and arrest alleged felons even if they’re across a state line… The only thing I would say is to have a state police officer from a neighboring state corroborate the Arrest… I believe in the bill of rights and I believe in all the amendments to the constitution yada yada yada… Innocent until proven guilty
If thieves know this then there will be more robberies because they will be able to get away without being chased. Makes no sense!
Now if only he was holding an AirSoft gun.they would have been able to arrest him….
I heard that NJ prohibits police from using the ‘speed sticks’ to puncture the tires of these offenders, thus AVOIDING the high speed pursuits.
But the losers who run this state wont allow cops to do their jobs
