Amount of revenue, less cost of meters, commissions to park mobile,vehicles with license plate readers, employee salaries benefits minus missing coin.
If we don’t make a few million per year it should be scrapped.
Rent spaces in the garage to store employees or better yet… commuter parking for out-of towners
