Car hits Bridal Store on 17 North in Paramus

Paramus NJ,  The adult female driver of a 4-door sedan lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the wall of a bridal store on Route 17 northbound in Paramus on Friday morning, 09/22. She sustained non life threatening injuries and was transported by a Paramus EMS ambulance to a local hospital. The wrecked vehicle was removed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. Paramus Police responded to aid the victim and to process the crash report. A light pole was demolished in the incident.

Ridgewood NJ, Ho-Ho-Kus Police, Fire, EMS, and a patrol officer from the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to a three (3) vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 17 northbound and Hollywood Avenue, Ho-Ho-Kus on Thursday morning, 06/08. A Honda Accord involved in the collision spun around and was facing the wrong way in traffic. The Honda and an Audi SUV were both towed from the scene. All vehicle occupants refused ambulance transport to a hospital. A tractor trailer involved in the crash appeared to have not been damaged.

Paramus NJ, Four (4) vehicles collided on Route 17 northbound between Century Road and the Garden State Parkway at approximately 7:00 PM on Thursday, 09/17. At least two (2) adult victims were transported by separate ambulances to Hackensack University Medical Center’s (HUMC) main campus.

Two (2) of the four (4) vehicles involved in the crash, a Toyota Prius and a Nissan Altima, were heavily damaged and removed from the scene by a flatbed tow truck. The right travel lane and right shoulder of the roadway were closed while crews worked at the scene removing debris and the vehicles. Paramus PD and EMS responded along with a paramedic unit from HUMC.
