Demarest NJ, a former employee of the Demarest Department of Public Works (DPW) has filed a lawsuit, claiming he was assaulted by three co-workers in 2022, leaving him permanently disabled. The civil suit, filed in Bergen County Superior Court last week, names the employees involved as well as the Demarest DPW, alleging that the department failed to maintain a safe work environment.
