Paramus NJ, experienced a terrifying but thankfully false alarm this morning following a confirmed “swatting” incident targeting the high school. Paramus Mayor Chris DiPiazza and the Paramus Police Department quickly confirmed that the large-scale emergency response was due to a hoax, intended to trigger panic and a massive deployment of law enforcement resources.
