Ridgewood NJ, An Edison, New Jersey man has been sentenced to more than four years in federal prison for his role in a massive, multi-year internet fraud network. Kenny Osas Okuonghae, 38, was handed a 51-month prison sentence by U.S. District Judge Georgette Castner in Trenton. The court order follows his April 2025 guilty plea to conspiracy to commit money laundering, a charge tying him to a web of devastating digital crimes—including romance fraud, property rental deception, and the notorious cryptocurrency phenomenon known as “pig butchering.”
