Ridgewood NJ, NJ TRANSIT is honoring the brave men and women who are serving in the United States Armed Forces with complimentary rides throughout the system during Fleet Week 2024. Beginning May 22 through May 28, active-duty and reserve members of the military and National Guard ride for free on NJ TRANSIT while in uniform or by displaying a Military ID. To take advantage of this offer, simply board any New York City-bound NJ TRANSIT bus or train and show your military uniform or ID to the operator or conductor. No ticket or fare is required.
