MOSQUEA FERNANDEZ of the Bronx, NY; and 21-year-old ARMANDO CUEVAS CEPEDA of the Bronx, NY, on charges stemming from an armed carjacking and robbery in Teaneck, NJ. The arrests are the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck, and the Teaneck Police Department, under the direction of Chief Andrew R. McGurr.
