Hawthorne NJ, Members of Hawthorne Fire Company #4 (Engine 4) and Hawthorne Fire Chief Joseph Speranza pose with Hawthorne resident Luisa S. following Engine 4’s rescue of Luisa’s cat Osi from a tree located in Goffle Brook Park, Hawthorne early Sunday afternoon, 07/16. Neither Osi nor her rescuer were injured during the incident, which was executed using a ground ladder from Engine 4.
