Ridgewood NJ, The YWCA Bergen County now offers Masters Triathlon Swim Training for ages 18 and older at 112 Oak Street in Ridgewood, NJ.
Masters Triathlon Swim Training for men and women athletes works with an experienced coach to improve physical well-being while training to compete in triathlons. Training is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
