Saddle River NJ, A major multi-agency investigation has pulled back the curtain on a high-stakes burglary pattern spanning Bergen and Morris Counties. Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella recently announced serious charges against 41-year-old Rogelio B. Cerdavera, formerly of Paterson, NJ, following a series of sophisticated residential break-ins.

No Charges for Officers Involved in Fatal Police Encounter on I-80 in Montville

Montville NJ,  A state grand jury has voted not to file any criminal charges at the conclusion of its deliberations regarding the death of Kevin Cruz, 25, of Black River, N.Y., who was struck by a tractor trailer and killed during an encounter with the Montville Police Department on I-80 on Aug. 22, 2019.

Nine Charged in State Wide 11-Month High-end Auto-Theft Investigation

Paramus NJ, The New Jersey State Police and Division of Criminal Justice have charged nine suspects who were allegedly targeting high-end vehicles in New Jersey and New York that were to be shipped and sold overseas as a result of an 11-month investigation, which linked suspects to 22 stolen vehicles valued at more than $966,000 and resulted in the seizure of more than $133,000 worth of drugs.
