former business owner of the CKO Kickboxing Franklin franchise remains in limbo while she tries to recover from the domino effect of the business shutdowns, with her husband also recently laid off from his job.

Morris Plains  NJ,  Six months after Governor Phil Murphy issued numerous Executive Orders in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Sept. 23 in the Sussex County Superior Court, Law Division, is seeking a declaratory judgment against the Governor.

Non-essential Retail Begins to Open but Ridgewood Village Hall Remains Closed

Ridgewood NJ, Non-essential retail establishments may open their doors to allow the public inside beginning June 15. However, Ridgewood Village Hall remains closed to public access indefinitely.  What sense does this make, if any?  We  can buy a pair of sneakers, but I cannot go into Village Hall for essential services like engineering, health, building/zoning, and tax payments?
