Weehawken NJ,  NY Waterway and NJ TRANSIT announced the completion of a major ferry retrofit that dramatically cuts its emissions, with five more ferries to be upgraded in the future. The fully refitted Hoboken has brand new engines and greater passenger capacity, while using 25 percent less fuel and emitting 80 percent less NOx engine exhaust.

Hoboken NJ, To provide additional customer service for holiday shopping and other activities, NY Waterway is restoring weekend service to Brookfield Place/Battery Park City in Lower Manhattan from the Hoboken NJ TRANSIT Terminal and from Paulus Hook in Jersey City, starting Saturday, November 21.

NY WATERWAY SURVEYS NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS ON PLANS FOR LEISURE TRAVEL TO NEW YORK CITY

WEEHAWKEN NJ, NY Waterway is conducting an online survey of New Jersey residents, asking their attitude about visiting Manhattan for leisure activities.

The aim of the survey, sent by email and posted on social media to more than 200,000 North Jersey residents, is to help develop ferry schedules that best meet customer needs.
