Paramus NJ, A quick-thinking Paramus Fire Chief is being credited with saving a local home after spotting a fire while out for a neighborhood walk. What started as a routine stroll turned into a major emergency response that prevented a house under renovation from being completely lost to flames.

Paramus NJ, from the Paramus Police Department : It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Robert “Hospital Bob” Acito. Bob was a security officer at Westfield Garden State Plaza for over 30 years. He was a good friend and colleague to the Paramus Police Department and all of Paramus’ First Responders. His dedication and enthusiasm for his job will be highly missed. A viewing will be held on Thursday December 8, 2022, at Petriks Funeral Parlor, 140 Palisades Ave, Bogota, from 9:00 Am till 9:30 Am. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church 115 East Fort Lee Road in Bogota at 10:30 am on the same date.
