Hackensack NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Howard M. Harper (DOB: 8/15/1980; single; unemployed) of Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, NJ on charges of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of Taser devices. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and the Hackensack Police Department under the direction of Captain Darrin DeWitt.
