Ridgewood Crew Wins Double Gold, Second-Most Medals Overall at 2026 Stotesbury Cup

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Ridgewood Crew won more medals than any other sculling team and took home two championship trophies this past weekend at the 2026 Stotesbury Cup Regatta, finishing off an outstanding spring rowing season that saw the team set several new program records.

Pennsauken, New Jersey – Ridgewood Crew showed why it is among the best rowing teams in the nation this past weekend with dominant, back-to-back performances on the Cooper River in southern New Jersey. In all, the team’s boats earned 15 total medals, three trophies, and two state titles, while qualifying 11 entries for the Scholastic Rowing national championships next month.

Ridgewood Crew Caps Off Record-Setting Fall Season with Six Golds, Overall Team Victory at 2025 Hidden River Chase

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – At Sunday’s Hidden River Chase regatta on the Schuylkill River, Ridgewood Crew finished off its 2025 head racing season the same way it had performed throughout the fall: by winning races and bringing home plenty of hardware.

Facing dozens of teams across the mid-Atlantic, Ridgewood rowers topped the field in six different events and scored three other podium finishes on the Schuylkill’s 4,000-meter course. Its  six gold medals were twice as many as any other club, helping power it to a team victory with 117.5 overall points, easily outdistancing the second-place club’s 94.75.
