Twp. of Washington : Linwood Avenue Road Closure June 24, 2025 – June 27, 2025

Twp. of Washington NJ,  Linwood Avenue will be closed  from  June 24, 2025 through June 27, 2025   –   7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Linwood Avenue will be closed to Eastbound and Westbound Traffic in the area of 95 Linwood Avenue between the hours of 7:00 AM until approximately 3:00 PM due to utility work.

Please follow posted detours and allow for additional travel time.  Please avoid this area if possible and use an alternate route.

Overnight Road Closure – Washington Ave & Pascack Road in Twp. of Washington

Twp. of Washington NJ, during the overnight hours from Thursday 2/23/23 at 8:00pm until 6:00am Friday Morning 2/24/23, PSE&G will be working in the middle of the intersection of Washington Avenue and Pascack Road replacing a Gas Valve.  Major closures and delays are to be expected during these hours.

Ho-Ho-Kus Police: East Saddle River Road from Hollywood Avenue to Wearimus Road will be closed February 20th, from 5pm until 4am on February 21st

Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, Road Closure for Sunday, February 20th into Monday, February 21st.  Please be aware that East Saddle River Road from Hollywood Avenue to Wearimus Road will be closed February 20th, from 5pm until approximately 4am on February 21st. Local traffic only. Please follow detours and use caution.

ROAD WORK, UTILITY EMERGENCY, ROAD CLOSURE OR CONSTRUCTION

Below, please find the road details and permits, which could cause traffic delays, for today, August 6, 2014:

NJ Transit – West Glen Avenue Trestle Painting Project. NJ Transit anticipates the work will require alternating lanes of traffic (one lane closed to do the work). Each lane closure should take no more that 1 ½ weeks, for a total of 3 weeks of lane restrictions. Work will begin at 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, though some Saturday work may be required to keep to the schedule.

Police officers will be used for traffic control.

PSE&G Energy Strong gas main work– Vesta Court/Meadowbrook (Crew 1) Starting at 7:30 am. (Ferriera Construction) This will be ongoing for many weeks.

PSE&G Energy Strong gas main work – and Rose Court (Crew 2) –

Cablevision starting at and meeting at the train station 8 am, corner of Franklin and North Broad. 

PSE&G (Electric) East Ridgewood Ave/Duck Pond. Starting at 8 am

PSE&G (Gas) – 274 East Glen Avenue – 8 am – 3 pm. Two (2) police officers assigned.

Meter Closing:

Cottage Place – Meter Numbers: 198 and 199 (This is scheduled to go through August 15th).
