Newark NJ, A federal jury convicted a New Jersey man March 7 of threatening to assault and murder federal law enforcement officers in 2019. The jury found Frank Monte, 51, guilty of three counts of threatening a federal law enforcement officer and two counts of transmitting threats in interstate commerce.
