Carlstadt NJ, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of FERNANDA YOUNG (DOB:11/23/1988; single; unemployed) of 3010 Brook Street, Oakland, California on drug offenses. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
