Ridgewood NJ, since 1992, the “Order of Business” at Village Council Public Meetings has followed the prescribed outline noted in Chapter 3-13 of the Village Code (see below). Notably, the initial public comment period is, and has been since 1992, scheduled to take place early in the meeting.

Ridgewood NJ, in a “letter to the editor” dated September 15, 2020, Ms. Siobhan Winograd (now Ridgewood Village Councilperson Siobhan Winograd) wrote this about the purported taking of children’s photographs at Graydon Pool: “. . . or having friends follow children around Graydon snapping photos – all while claiming that minors should have no expectation of privacy in a public space. Who does that, and why are we as a community condoning it?”
