Rutherford NJ, County of Bergen and the Borough of Rutherford have reached an agreement regarding the Williams Center. The County administration has put forward a resolution to initiate transfer ownership of the Williams Center to the Borough of Rutherford and will be presented before the Board of County Commissioners this Wednesday, August 4.
