Oakland NJ, According to court documents filed Feb. 26, Nicholas Carretta “suffered substantial fear, apprehension, harm and emotional distress” from three packages sent to his home and office in 2019 and 2020. The deliveries “shocked, scared, and offended” him, according to court documents.
Apparently Nicholas Carretta didn’t appreciate the chocolate penis someone sent to his office in Fair Lawn. He didn’t like the chocolate feces or exploding glitter bomb that were sent to his home in Oakland either.
Carretta claims has no idea who sent the packages, according to a lawsuit he filed last week. But he knows who arranged them, a pair of websites that advertise their services to send obnoxious, anonymous gifts by mail and the Bergen man is out for legal revenge suing R&D Promos LLC and Rain Parade LLC, the companies responsible for sending them.

Nick and I grew up around the corner from eachother, he was always a mean , unhappy kid who bullied everyone because he was a wimp. He was the same way in high school, nobody really liked him. I see nothing has changed except that now all the people he bullied know where he lives and works. Guess he didn’t see that one coming, huh Nick? I know some of his employees, they said the whole office can’t stand him! Lol
