Montvale NJ, Get ready to turn your weekend plans up a notch. The Montvale Chamber of Commerce is officially launching its 14th Annual Street Fair, transforming Paragon Drive into a massive, open-air festival. Known as one of Bergen County’s most anticipated seasonal events, this year’s fair is packing the street with over 150 vendors, live entertainment stages, dedicated family zones, and two massive food courts.
Even Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali is clearing his schedule: “You know I will be there,” Ghassali stated. “The Montvale Chamber of Commerce has worked hard on this. Looking forward to seeing you there and chatting about our town while trying the different food trucks.”
Here is everything you need to know before you head down to Paragon Drive.
Over 150+ Vendors: The Ultimate Outdoor Shopping Experience

Two Massive Food Courts & A Pop-Up Beer Garden
Come hungry, because the culinary lineup this year is massive. The fair is breaking its dining options into two distinct zones to cut down on wait times:
1. The Gourmet Food Truck Court & Beer Garden
Located right across from the official festival Beer Garden (hosted by Davey’s Irish Pub), this zone features premium mobile kitchens serving up gourmet street food.
2. The 3 Paragon Drive Food Court
Positioned just past the artisan craft section, this secondary food hub is loaded with classic festival favorites. The menu across both courts includes:
-
Savory Eats: Philly cheesesteaks, classic sausage and peppers, gourmet sliders, gyros, hot sandwiches, empanadas, chicken fingers, and burgers.
-
Sweet Treats: Fresh zeppole, funnel cakes, kettle corn, and artisanal ice cream.
-
Refreshments: Freshly squeezed lemonade and ice-cold Italian ice to keep you cool.
The Kids Zone & Live Entertainment Lineup
This isn’t just a shopping event; it’s a full-scale community celebration with non-stop entertainment.
-
Family-Friendly Activities: The dedicated North End Kids Zone (near Kipp Ave) features large kiddie inflatables, a trackless train, interactive games, sand art, face painters, and custom slime stations.
-
Free Balloon Art: Stop by and see “Gina the Balloon Lady” near the Kids Zone for a completely free custom balloon character or headwear, courtesy of the Montvale Chamber of Commerce.
-
Live Main Stage: Grab a seat at the designated tables and chairs near the stage to enjoy continuous live music, martial arts demonstrations from local karate clubs, and routines from regional dance schools.
