Park Ridge NJ, every day, Park Ridge Police Officers put on many different hats during their daily duties. Today was no different when we received a call of a week old fawn that was stuck in a storm drain. With the mother doe near by waiting in angst, Officer Giacchi was able to remove the baby fawn from the storm drain. This is just one example of how many different roles our officers take on during their daily patrol functions.
awww, cute. Saw 2 new young fawns this morning, wobbly legs, along the “woods”. This is the season of newborns.
Thank you Officer Giacchi for doing Lord’s work 🫡
