Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office , a 62-year-old strip club owner, from Ho-Ho-Kus, is being accused of sexually assaulting a dancer on Sept. 28 in the VIP room of Johnny A’s Hitching Post in Paterson, according to a June 9 news release from the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
John Acunto was arrested on charges of second-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, the prosecutor’s office said. If convicted of all counts, Acunto faces a maximum sentence of 11 and a half years in prison. He is now being held at the Passaic County Jail, the prosecutor’s office added.
