  1. We should resist posting pictures of the actual victims down..despite its positive aspect to the dangerous issue here of unsafe divers vs victim pedestrians .Its like running them over twice..while awaiting medical help.
Keep up the good work James and Excellent photo teams .

  2. No…this picture is perfect. This guy is out walking at night in dark clothing. He deserves everything he gets.

I almost hit a guy yesterday crossing by the Christmas tree….he gave me a dirty look while he crossed the road, all black clothing and talking on a cellphone. Sorry butthead but I didn’t see you until you were right in front of my grill.

  3. 8.42. Too bad the world doesn’t work this way.Check with your Insurance. Company and your attorney as hitting a pedestrian in a crosswalk almost always attributed to the vehicle operator not yielding to a pedestrian in the street, good luck out there I am with you on aspect of pedestrians even with children assuming that cars can stop even in the darkest and icy
Conditions.village business district needs better lighting as was installed near Ben and Jerries intersection.Happy Hollidays ..Great work this year James with the Ridgewood blog leading the Charge for good government.

  4. Yes, the pedestrians on the phone pay no attention whatsoever to the cars coming at them. Pay no attention to whether they are at a corner or in a crosswalk. And they are ALWAYS wearing black because, you know, you want to look slim (even though your’re not) when you get taken away by ambulance. And you can keep on texting when they get ready to operate on your severed legs. You know, put it on facebook the play by play of how you are doing at the hospital.
