Wildwood NJ, The annual Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood to benefit Special Olympics New Jersey (SONJ) will be held on the beach just outside the Wildwoods Convention Center this Saturday, January 13th at 1:00 p.m.
What: The Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood presented by Law Enforcement Torch Run® to benefit thousands of Special Olympics New Jersey athletes.
Who: Nearly 1,000 dedicated fundraising plungers will take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean to officially kick-off the 2024 plunge season this weekend.
When/Where: Polar Bear Plunge at Wildwood will take place on the beach outside the Wildwoods Convention Center on Saturday, January 13 at 1:00 p.m. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m.
Weather Forecast: The weather around plunge time is anticipated to be cloudy and windy with an air temperature in the high 40s and water temperatures predicted to be in the low 40s. Perfect plunge weather!
