Ridgewood NJ, Pretty Combat: Nonsense, Shenanigans, and Tactful Life Domination by Ali Farrell (Goodreads Author), Jennifer Boucher, Nicole Parmiter, Tiffany White (Editor).

Serial entrepreneur, Ali Farrell, dives into the science behind using mindset for success in this no-nonsense (ok, a little nonsense, but factual) “how-to” guide.

The book offers a clear plan to catapult your life OUT of the mundane and INTO the exhilarating. Taking you from financial struggle -> to success, from busy with endless tasks -> to acting with intent, and from allowing life to happen to you -> to taking control, kicking ass and taking names.
Using science and hard facts, you’re given a clear plan to completely revamp your life right now- including charts, forms, and game plans.
Between success, relationships, parenting, and mental gains, many of these life lessons have been learned the hard (and embarrassing) way, so buckle down for some nonsense, shenanigans, and tactful life domination!

Nicole Parmiter is a wife and Mom to four devilishly, handsome boys, Gavin, Dylan, Bryce & Tyler; living in the suburbs outside of Hartford, CT. Nicole is a former professional cheerleader for the New England Patriots. During her time with the organization she participated in countless charitable events, performed overseas for the troops with Blues Traveler and attended back to back Super Bowls in which the Patriots won. She is an avid football & sports fan, lover of music, one of Tom Petty’s biggest fans and an entrepreneur. She’s currently devoting all she has as a stay at home mom to her boys.

Jennifer W. Boucher is a freelance writer who has been mistaken for a New York Times food critic on more than one occasion (and snubbed by Modern Love on more than one occasion). She is an Rfx Circle & Lexus Achiever with Rodan + Fields and was named the 2017 “Woman to Watch” by the YWCA Bergen County. Jennifer’s first job at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center ignited her passion for philanthropy, which propelled her to seek creative ways to give back with the New York Junior League and Foundling Friends. She now holds a board position with the Social Service Association of Ridgewood and Vicinity and is an advocate for Hayden’s Heart and Stop CMV. Jennifer loves to cook and considers herself her own personal sommelier. She currently lives in New Jersey with her three children and their Boston bulldog, where she embraces the beautiful mess of it all.
