Ridgewood NJ, we had several reports from readers that parking kiosks not counting quarters . A reader recently told us,
“The parking kiosks, which I detest, often accept quarters without crediting them. I do not wish to use a credit card or mobile app for this, although I was once forced to use a credit card on S. Broad St. just south of E. Ridgewood Ave. when my quarters kept going in without registering any time.
It happened again today at the kiosk in front of the parking garage on Hudson Street and not long ago in front of Talbots. Infuriating!!!”
