Twp. of Washington NJ, PSE&G Gas Division will be installing a new gas main on Hudson Avenue from Manhattan Avenue, through the parking lot of town hall. Weather permitting, work is expected to begin on or about Monday June 26. The project is expected to last approximately 2-3 days. Construction will take place from approximately 7:30am – 6:00pm.
While construction takes place, access to town hall will remain open for business and Twp of Washington Police Officers will be in the area to assist motorists with travel to and from town hall. We ask those driving in the area exercise extreme caution due to the nature of the work and the construction workers operating in the roadway.
