Saddle River NJ, on Thursday morning approximately 12:00am Saddle River Fire Department 11 was dispatched to the working structure fire in the borough. Engine 1131, Ladder 1141, Rescue 1142, Engine 1133, Chief 1130, and Asst. Chief 1140 responded. Upon arrival the working fire assignment was dispatched to include Woodcliff Lake, Ho-Ho-Kus, Hillsdale, Waldwick, and Upper Saddle River.
Saddle River Police Department officers had knocked down the bulk of the fire and ensured everyone was safe out of the house. Crews completed extinguishment of fire and performed overhaul….. The teamwork, training, and professionalism of all the named above ensured a fast and safe knock of the fire. Job well done and thank you to all. Saddle River Fire Department offered a “Special thanks to Saddle River Police Department officers Sgt. Golonek and Officer Novak!”
No injuries were reported.
