Is everything in this town controversial? People are complaining about every move that the village makes. Moving the podium used for comments at council meetings to the side of the room. – horrors!
And turning in neighbors for sidewalk bumps and lawn watering. Some do not want dogs (cats, rabbits, deer?) urinating on the grass in front of their homes. I think they would prefer doggie diapers!

What, your neighbors with brown lawns (who play by the rules) are pissed off at your with the lush lawn (who ignores the rules). You are so inconsiderate that you don’t fix your sidewalks so my elderly parents can trip? Maybe if a someone who fell and got hurt sues you and teaches you a lesson you might not have your neighbors mad at you

Dog urine kills grass and plants. They can kill their own grass and plants. Urine is not benign. You love your dog; I don’t.

There are many of us here who still love our neighbors, our town, our schools, our teachers and those who work tirelessly to make Ridgewoid a great town to raise a family. Social media has given these naysayers a forum to complain about their miserable lives.
There was a culture in Ridgewood that embraced intellect , community, and quality of life. This has deteriorated toa society of entitlement and condescension : even in the houses of worship. .Merchants behave as if they are doing ME a favor by being open.
I’m not sure the solution- I adore my home town, but don’t care to live there any longer.
