“Courts forcing development on communities that are built out and on environmentally sensitive lands full of threatened and endangered species is really developers owning certain politicians and courts. When re development is used to pave over perfectly good farm ground rather than re build the cities that these laws were suppose to address , you know corruption for profit is a lot of what this game is about. Affordable housing is a noble thing to do but force feeding it into places it does not belong shows the graft and favors being passed out.”
So very true you look at the new housing in Ridgewood, talking about right on the curb. It couldn’t be pushed back a bit more at these locations my God look at Broad Street over towering.
Yes, it is time for a positive modification of the NJ regarding Housing law. This law needs to be properly applied and that is done by having all the NJ state elected officials to meet with ALL the NJ municipalities to make this work properly for ALL citizens in our state. Citizens Improving Affordable Housing (CIAH)is a statewide grassroots organization that agrees that there should be affordable housing. This however must be done properly. CIAH must be involved with these modifications.
