Ridgewood NJ, The Ridgewood School Board discussed the litigation matter that was on the Executive Session agenda. Two board members recused themselves due to a conflict. The Board discussed the next steps in regard to this matter. A motion to appeal the current case was approved.
According to Saurabh Dani Ridgewood BOE members circumvented the quorum to discuss Ridgewood School budget in secret .
The BOE lost Saurabh Dani v. Ridgewood Board of Education, and a Judge granted order enforcing litigant’s rights. For the second time, Board of Education was found in violation and failed to do something ordered by the court.
Sour grapes.
Why is there so many problems with the Village of Ridgewood Board of Education. Why is it every year there’s a problem. Dirty business going on.
So how much are they going to spend to fight a $6600 bill? What a bunch of morons.
If you can’t pay the fine, don’t do the crime.

Morgan and Brogan should pay this legal fee. They acted illegally. They were told to stop. They kept right on with their despicable behavior. They’ve been told to stop AGAIN. And now they are pouting and refusing to pay. What the fuck. Are we in grade school? Pay the damn fee you two. Do this one thing right, would you????

Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Byron Baer said that years ago, right before he started falling asleep because he was too old. He was replaced by Loretta Weinberg, another one that’s getting too old. Maybe that’s why NJ is in the crapper. Then again, Paul Sarno is young but as dumb as a box of rocks. What is the solution.
Mr. Dani will need to recuse himself from all voting on this matter.
The appeal will be a waste of time and money. The board will change as of July 1 2020.. Shouldn’t they hold off on any decisions of this nature until the new Board takes over ? The budget was also defeated and any non essential expenditures should be revisited after July 1.
Of course saurabh will recuse. He is a smart man. And an honest man. That is why we elected him overwhelmingly.
The official reorganization of the Board of Education takes place on May 27 not July 1.
Thank you for the correction. July 1st is the council date. Given the Board has their reorganization meeting on May 27th is even more reason for the current Board to hold off on any non essential votes.
Both Dani and Brogan will have to recuse themselves on any matter involving this law firm. Brogan is still part of the appeal.
I wonder how many open meeting laws they violated to come to this decision.
