“cut the expenses”? Are you kidding me?
There will be no cutting, all the fat has been trimmed off. Years ago all departments are down to bare minimum. If they would like to cut start at the top. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. If anything they better start budgeting for extra phones for Board of Education because they’re going to demand the security upgrades and Indian who’s paying the taxpayers. Their budget is going to be Close to 105 million maybe more what was the last year. Hire more cops put them in all the schools. They are trained to handle situations that we’ve been seeing. The teachers are not. I think a good majority of residents Would love to see full-time police officers in the school. I don’t know is an extreme I think somehow someway we can make it work, it’s a good thing. Any thoughts people.
We rich and stupid and like to pay since it makes us feel important and relieves the guilt of being overpaid.

Pillage away… and remember to spend it wastefully on feel good, ineffectual or unneeded initiatives.

OK so then what do you think we should do about the budget. We all know that the Board of Education‘s going to need extra funds. Well we the taxpayers are paying 75% of our taxes to the board of that as of now. If they do have police or arm guards security of some sort at the schools how much more will that add to the budget. We need to find out. The Board of Education need to do research on this immediately. You watch there will be some kind of federal support for all the local districts . And yes we are all paying for we all get it. But at least our money that we are paying in taxes are staying in the United States not going to do some Third World country for some bullshit. You could like the president or hate him. But he is right America first and the story thank you.
It’s easy to blame all tax increases to Board of Ed, while the council is asleep.
Well the bd of ed with all its excess overpaid “administrators” is a big part of why taxes are so high- salaries, health benefits, etc not to mention the over spending on the perks.. Between the VOR and BOE – o my
