When the calendar flips to July, things will go “back to normal” for two busy villagers.
Keith Killion and Stephen Wellinghorst will step down from the dais during the Village Council’s annual reorganization meeting, scheduled for July 1, and bid farewell to what many outsiders consider is an adopted life of long government meetings, mind-numbing budget sessions and seemingly endless committee workshops.
