  1. Are we charging the landlord. This is an emergency I guess. I don’t know why we are doing this. Bring in a contractor. Are we going to start utilizing the fire department for every high building throughout the village. I have a few loose shingles on my roof I pay taxes. I know in the past someone told divided Partments to put a flag on top of the bank and the CBD. That’s a no-no. I’m for the flag, but you know. It’s a little touchy.

  2. Yes why are we utilizing Ridgewood via Dept to do this please explain. The landlord should be required to hire a licensed contractor to conduct the removal of the roof. Is this something new that we are offering landlords, residence throughout the village Obviously we are. OK maybe it’s a good thing since we the taxpayers are paying for the 40 appointment, then we should be able to utilize them to for certain aspects around our houses. Maybe they can speak Chinese to.

  3. Has a construction shed been installed along the sidewalk? It’s not so much the shingles falling as it is them hitting pedestrians below. Has the owner been cited by the building department?
