Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood native 24-year-old Molly Pearson died tragically on November 6th after her motor scooter was run over by a box truck in Brooklyn . According to the NYPD Molly was riding a two-wheeled Lime moped around 11:15 a.m. November 2 when she was hit by a white box truck at the intersection of Meeker and Skillman avenues in Williamsburg.
Molly’s parents Margaret and Scott Pearson are from and live in Ridgewood and we believe both graduates of Ridgewood High School . Visitation will be at Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
What’s happening, this is the second Ridgeoowd young adult dying of an accident in the last 7 days.
This is so tragic. May she rest in peace.

Molly Marie Pearson, 24 of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ died tragically and unexpectedly on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Molly was born in Ridgewood, NJ on April 30, 1997 and grew up in Ho-Ho-Kus, a place she called “the perfect town.” She graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School and attended Berkeley College in NYC.
