Ridgewood NJ, this April, Ridgewood native Eric Alexander Santoli will exhibit his stunning artwork at The Art Gallery at The Stable. A painter, teacher, and University of Pennsylvania graduate, Santoli recently earned his Master’s Degree in Studio Art from the prestigious Florence Academy of Art (2024).
A Celebrated Artist with Global Recognition
In May 2021, Santoli was awarded the Versailles Foundation’s Munn Fellowship Artist Residency Award, an honor that allowed him to live and work at Claude Monet’s iconic home and gardens in Giverny, France. His immersive experience at Monet’s estate deeply influenced his artistic vision, evident in his breathtaking landscapes, including “Long View of Spring Lake Beach”—one of the featured pieces in this exhibition.
Expanding Art to a Wider Audience
Beyond his gallery work, Santoli is currently collaborating with American Public Television to develop an exciting new instructional painting and travel series, Eric En Plein Air™. This show will merge art education with the beauty of outdoor painting, offering viewers a glimpse into his creative process and the inspirations behind his work.
A Rising Star in the Art World
Santoli’s work is represented by Martin House Gallery and Cimarron Song Gallery, and he serves as a brand ambassador for Natural Pigments and an affiliate artist with Rosemary & Co Artists’ Brushes. His contributions to the art community continue to establish him as a leading figure in contemporary painting.
