Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward and Patrolman Michael Lembo Visit BF for a Youth Outreach Program
Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Police Chief John Ward and Patrolman Michael Lembo Visited Benjamin Franklin Middle School during lunch as part of the Police Departments youth outreach program. It’s a great opportunity for the students to get to know our Officers, ask questions and share ideas.
Did Fishbein allow Chief Ward and Patrol Officer Lembo to bring in their own lunches, or were they stopped at the door and frisked?
That’s a good one
Maybe some our council should get of their high horses and pay a visit to our school and speak to our future leaders about government. Oh know wait! Say away. Stay far away.
Maybe Dom should go. The only problem would be by the time he get done talking they would have graduated High School. No matter he would never know that they left. He’ll will still be talking
Paul Aronsohn and puckerelli could talk to the kids about favors for campaign donors. They should invite Saracino along.
They have the BALLS to accuse other people of undue influence.
Good for the Chief and Patrolman Lembo for making the effor to connect with the kids. Nothing wrong with the kids learning that our police officers are real people who care about our town and the safety of our children. Hope they go to all the schools and more than once. I would think this meeting is a direct result of Michael Feeney’s time with the Ridgewood PD which is great.
hey john what’s with the blue shirt.
If more of the officers lived in town, they would be part of the community instead of just looking at things as a job with a pension.
When I grew up here most if not all of our officers were Village residents. (and at that time they weren’t paid as well as they are now. So they can certainly afford it)
It made it a lot easier to approach one of them if you had a problem, or wanted to ‘enlighten them’ as to things that were ‘going on’ in town.
It worked well for all.
Yes it did #9.
