  1. Please invoice 25 percent of the Garazilla bonding cost of 12 to 15 million to these restaurant entrepreneurs .they are the true believers.. so if they are so sure they will come, let them join the town folk who are having this jammed down our collective throats.they might change their tunes.its easy to take an unreasonable position when others are forced to pay..we can revenue share with them too profit or loss,..

  2. IF THIS GARAGE Boondoggle is forced on the town as an unfunded loss making Bonding Liability with Negative cash flow ..these restaurants should be isolated as the Drivers of this Initiative and local Town Citizens
Should see them for what they are opportunists not worthy of local citizens
Support to Dine at these eateries.Would you treat a thief any differently ?

PERHAPS ITS Time that they took a position financially in this monstrosity. IF NOT Then that tells the whole story..citizens be Aware of this Trojan Horse..next comes the Rental Car outlets and out of town commuters looking for an open seat on your express Train.

  3. What Impact will the TRIPLING of The number of vehicles at peak in the proposed Parking Building have on Air pollution & Ozone in that Small neighborhood ? Garage queuing outside and inside those ramps creates
Smog and noise levels well above the current Lot site. Forget those cafes on broad street continuing Outdoor Dining .Is this fair to the neighborhood
that exists today and those families living in that Area today? All for what…? and for who..Out of TOWNERS Dining Then diving into their Cars to speed away homebound..?
