The Saddle River Police Department has issued an important advisory regarding road closures on West Saddle River Rd (Northbound) at Lower Cross Rd due to Orange & Rockland (O&R) utility upgrades.

🔧 Reason: Infrastructure upgrades by Orange & Rockland
What to Expect:
🔹 Partial & Full Road Closures – Expect intermittent closures depending on work progress.
🔹 Utility Upgrades – O&R will install 2,300 feet of new primary conductor to modernize infrastructure and improve power reliability for 112 customers.
🔹 Improved System Performance – The project will help reduce the load on existing conductors and enhance phase balancing for circuit 49-6-13.
🔹 Traffic Detours & Police Presence – Saddle River Police Officers will be on-site to assist with traffic flow and ensure safety. Detour signs will be posted as needed.
