SANITATION COLLECTION IN SNOW OR ICY CONDITIONS
We are currently experiencing snow and ice weather conditions. During this icy weather, residents are required to bring their garbage cans to the curb for collection.
Village of Ridgewood staff will only pick up garbage and recycling at the curb in snow and ice conditions. Ice condition is when ice is present in driveways and sidewalks.

How do I know if they have been by already today?
They sent an email that they are closed for Lincoln’s birthday. A message about curbside pickup would have been more helpful.

just put your cans at the end of the drive way when we have ice and snow.
I’m near Fairfield. I put my can out this morning. The workers went to the rear of all the houses to collect trash. When I spoke to the driver, he appeared to have no idea was street pick-up only???
