Schools funding plan, Doherty bemoans what he sees as GOP’s failure to engage key political issue
Armed with his schools funding plan he says would defang suburban Democrats where they live, state Sen. Mike Doherty (R-23) said he’s disappointed his party hasn’t more aggressively adopted this issue in time for November elections.
