Paramus NJ, on the late afternoon of August 24, a dramatic head-on collision on Route 17 southbound in Paramus left a white SUV severely damaged but miraculously resulted in no injuries for the driver. The crash occurred just south of West Ridgewood Avenue, near a local appliance store.
The impact of the crash was significant, causing a large utility pole to sustain moderate damage. A light fixture mounted on the pole was also compromised, adding to the scene of destruction. Despite the severity of the wreckage, the driver of the SUV was fortunate to escape unharmed.
Paramus Police Department responded promptly to the incident, overseeing the investigation and ensuring the safety of the area. Meanwhile, a flatbed tow truck worked tirelessly to clear the debris and remove the damaged vehicle from the scene.
