The Incident: Why Lyndhurst Was Under Shelter-in-Place
The situation began around 5:30 a.m. when Lyndhurst police attempted to execute an arrest at a residence on Lake Avenue. According to officials, the suspect fled from officers and barricaded himself inside the home.
