The Ridgewood Education Association (REA) , the local teachers union has announced that it is officially endorsing candidates Mary Micale and Julie Mchedlishvili in the upcoming election for Ridgewood Board of Education. This is the first time that the REA has ever endorsed a candidate for office.

The Ridgewood Education Association is part of the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) that released the advertisement attacking parents . In the ad, which as one Twitter user pointed out is currently airing, parents concerned about curriculum materials in classrooms are labeled as “extremists” attacking New Jersey schools to score political points.
Murphy Administration’s agenda-driven priorities are pushing a very creepy form of “Sex-ed”to very young children resembling “child grooming” used by pedophiles.
It’s no secret that the attorney general and Governor Murphy think that the government knows better than everyone else. But when you fail to lockup criminals, protect the public’s safety, and prevent car thefts, there’s no need for you to step in and mess up the relationship between schools and parents. The Murphy administration has no business telling parents how to raise or educate their kids. It’s indoctrination at its finest.

our board needs to ignore gov murphy and follow in the foot steps of Middletown, Monmouth, Westwood, etc

If the teacher’s endorsed them, they do NOT get my vote.
The union leaders who do these types of endorsements, ONLY care about their self interests. They don’t care about all teachers.
