Ridgewood NJ,The Bergen County American Legion and Auxiliary are pleased to announce that the 2024 scholarship application process is now open for The George F. Axt Memorial Fund Nurses Scholarship. The 2025 five individual awards will be $3,000 each.

The application deadline is March 31, 2025. Affiliation with The American Legion or The American Legion Auxiliary is not a requirement for consideration. Applicant must be a resident of Bergen County, and either a senior in high school, a high school graduate who has been accepted to an accredited nursing school, or a student currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nursing program.
