The Hudson Street Parking Garage is Now Officially Open on all Levels

Ridgewood NJ, The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Hudson Street garage took place on November 6, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Hudson/Broad Entrance to the Hudson Street garage.

The Hudson Street parking garage is now open on all levels and the parking fee is $1/hour.  At the present time, the 1st floor is for 3-hour parking only; the 2nd and 3rd floors are for Ridgewood Premium Parking Permit holders; and the 4th floor is for both CBD Employees (must have a CBD sticker and either a CBD employee hangtag or pay by ParkMobile) and for Ridgewood Non-Premium Parking Permit holders.  At 12:00 Noon, all floors are open to 3-hour parking, with or without a parking permit.  Please note that the only exception is that in order to park in the CBD Employee section, on the 4th floor, you must have a CBD employee sticker.  All floors may pay at the kiosk by credit cards or coins (you must know your license plate number) or electronically by ParkMobile.

  2. We decided to check out the garage and park there yesterday. The machine took 4 minutes to validate our card and print ticket. There was no way to cancel the transaction so we had no choice but to wait to make sure that it processed properly.

  8. spend spend spend – over develop the area without any real long term vision all because people cannot walk from a parking lot to Greek to Me. Oh, but thought it was a “walkable town” according to JJ? worry about your own budget instead of BOE
